We have 2 types of locations: stores and pickup points.
Stores
A store is our location inside a Camera-Express store. Our stores have experienced staff in rentals. At these locations, you can arrange your reservations depending on the available inventory. These stores have more physical space to check the equipment. Equipment check-in and check-out are done every day except Sunday at these locations, which increases the possibility of making or changing reservations in a short time.
Pickup Points
A Pickup Point is a delivery and return point located inside a Camera Express store. Camera Express staff delivers the equipment to you at the Pickup Point. It doesn't have its own inventory. Your reservation needs to be made in advance. Our reservation system shows your options when completing your reservation on the website. If you have chosen the Pickup Point method, last-minute changes to your reservations are not possible.
Our rental process usually takes between 10 minutes to 1 hour. This duration varies depending on many factors that determine how long the rental process will take. These factors include the start and end times of the rental process and various other elements that affect the duration of the rental process.
