First Time Renting

First, select the equipment you want from our website and add it to your cart.


  1. Determine the dates and time ranges you want to rent.
  2. Send your list to our representatives via Whatsapp.
  3. Complete the registration requirements (1.Your Portfolio 2.Identity Information 3.Your Invoice 4. Contact Information).
  4. Pick up your equipment from our office or use our delivery service.

When renting on behalf of a company, the same procedure applies as for individuals. Additionally, you need to provide your company details (KVK, VATS, address).

- Photo of your passport or driver's license


3. An Invoice

- Showing your full name and address

- Taken from RDW, Gemeente, Waternet or Belastingdienst etc.

For a valid portfolio, you can send us links to YouTube videos, Instagram posts or any social media platform content in which you have been featured in the credits, credits or directly tagged within the last 3-6 months. You can send your own or your company's IMDb, Vimeo, Linkedin or websites as links.

You may request a copy of the rental agreement from us when you pick up your equipment.

Pick-up and Return

When creating your rental list, you can discuss the times with our representatives based on the dates and times you select on our website. Our office offers 24/7 Whatsapp support and is open every day of the week between 09:00-18:00.

It is possible for a friend or business partner to pick up the equipment. To do this, you must provide us with the identity information of the person who will pick up the equipment using your own number.

Payment

Our fast and secure payment methods can be the "payment link" sent to you by our representative or bank transfer to our IBAN number or you can pay in cash.


-Payment is mandatory at the beginning of the rental. After your reservation is completed, the "payment link" will be sent to you or you must pay before receiving the equipment with other payment methods

Deposit

1- If you do not have Dutch citizenship.


2- If you do not have a sufficient portfolio.


In these cases, you can rent by paying a deposit.

The deposit fee is determined based on 40% of the sales price of the rented equipment. You can pay in cash or transfer to us from your bank account.

After the rental equipment is returned, it is tested and approved by our team members. If there is no missing or damaged, the money you gave us at the beginning of the rental is returned to you in the same way.

Damage / Loss

The equipment you rent is tested by our expert team under camera systems that are active 24/7, before delivery and after rental. Tests are performed as scratch and condition checks and electronic checks, depending on the rented equipment.

After the rented equipment leaves our office, all responsibility belongs to you. In case the equipment returns damaged, it is sent to authorized services depending on the damage. After the equipment that can be repaired is repaired in the service, we send you the official invoice sent to us by the authorized service. The fee for equipment that cannot be repaired or is lost is determined by authorized dealers and sent to you as an official invoice.

Before you receive the equipment you rent, our expert team takes videos and photos of it under 24/7 active camera systems in our office. In this way, we can compare the condition of the equipment you return with the condition it was in before you left the office. In case of loss or damage, you can request these photos and videos from our team. Although our team has performed the tests, you must also perform the condition and tests of the equipment when you receive it.

Delivery

Delivery charges are determined based on the exact location you provide us after your reservation is confirmed. For detailed pricing information, you can review the "Delivery" section on our website.
