Tiffen 82mm Black Pro-Mist 1/8 Filter

Description

The Tiffen 82mm Black Pro-Mist 1/8 Filter is a cinematographic diffusion filter that creates a subtle, filmic look for photos and videos. The filter softens highlights, creates a light glow around bright light sources and reduces the digital sharpness of modern sensors and lenses while preserving image detail. The 1/8 strength provides a subtle Black Pro-Mist effect and is often used for portraits, beauty shoots, interviews and cinematic productions. It helps soften harsh contrast and gives skin tones a more natural appearance without affecting the image too strongly. The Tiffen 82mm Black Pro-Mist 1/8 Filter is ideal for situations where a subtle softening of the image is desired and provides creative control over the mood and appearance of the image directly during capture.
